• Bounty Fresh breast fillet
• 1 cup cream
• Garlic
• 1 tbsp ginger
• 4 tbsps patis
• 1 minced red onion
• 1 can pineapple chunks
• 1tbsp pepper
• 2 pcs carrots
• 1 red bell pepper
• 1 green bell pepper
• 1 cup baby potatoes

1.) Mix the cream, garlic, ginger, patis, 1 minced red onion, 1 can pineapple chunks,and pepper together.
2.) Cut the Bounty Fresh chicken fillet in cubes.
3.) Marinate the chicken with the mixture for 1 hour and 30mins.
4.) Mix carrots, red bell pepper, bell pepper and baby potatoes with the cream mixture and marinade for 1 hour and 30mins.
5.) Thread the marinates chicken and mixed vegetable alternatively onto the skewers.
6.) Brush the skewers with the remaining cream sauce
7.) Grill for 10-15mins
