#Lakingfarmfresh Ginger Beer Chicken Stew

• Bounty Fresh Free Range Chicken
• Beer
• Pumpkin cubes
• Grated ginger
• Pepper
• Soy sauce
• Salt
• Onion
• Honey

1.) In a frying pan, sear each piece well or until the skin is done to your liking.
2.) In the same pan, add in sliced onion, then add grated ginger.
Pour in beer.
3.) Season with soy sauce, honey and a pinch of salt & pepper.
4.) When it stops sizzling and alcohol cooked off, add pumpkin cubes.
5.) Put the chicken back into the pan.
6.) Cook for about 30 - 40 mins with the lid on.
7.) Enjoy!
