#TheOneYouDeserve Orange Chicken Popcorn
• Bounty Fresh Chicken Popcorn
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp sake
• 1 tsp ginger, grated
• 1⁄2 c potato starch
• 1⁄4red bell pepper, minced (for garnish)
• 1⁄2 tsp toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)

For orange sauce:
• 3⁄4 c orange juice
• 1⁄3 c orange marmalade
• 1⁄2 tbsp orange zest
• 1⁄2 tsp salt

1. In a bowl, mix together Bounty Fresh Chicken Popcorn, soy sauce, sake, and
fresh ginger. Marinate Chicken Popcorn for 15 min.
2. Add all the ingredients for the orange sauce into a pan and whisk together.
3. Preheat a heavy pot filled with 2-inches cooking oil to 340 degrees F (170 C).
4. Fry the Chicken Popcorn in batches until golden brown and cooked through,
flipping a few times to ensure it browns evenly.
5. Drain the Chicken Popcorn.
6. When all the chicken is done, heat the pan with the orange sauce, stirring
constantly until it starts to thicken.
7. Add the Chicken Popcorn to the orange sauce and toss to coat evenly. The
orange chicken is done when the sauce forms a thick glaze around the pieces of
the chicken.
