FAQ - Cut-off time?
| For NCR: |
| a. ₱2,000 and below | We will be processing orders within the same day after verification of your payment (except Sunday and holidays). Based on the availability of the stocks. |
| b. ₱2,001 and above | We will be processing orders 1-2 working days after verification of your payment to deliver your order. |
| For Provincial Areas: |
| a. ₱5,000 and above | We will be processing orders 3-4 working days (Provincial areas) after verification of your payment to deliver your order.. |
| Reminder: The cut-off time for ordering and payment settlement is from 9:30am - 3pm (GMT +8). Beyond this time, it will be processed next working day. |
