FAQ - What is your shipping lead time?
| For NCR: |
| a. ₱2,000 and below | Same day delivery upon availability of stocks (except Sunday and holidays) for orders confirmed payments placed on or before 3:00 pm. |
| b. ₱2,001 and above | 1-2 days lead time after verification of your payment to deliver your order (except Sunday and holidays) for orders confirmed payments placed on or before 3:00 pm.) |
| For Provincial Areas: |
| a. ₱5,000 and above | 3-4 days lead time after verification of the payment to deliver your order. For orders confirmed payments placed on or before 3:00 pm. |
| Note: Time of delivery is between 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. In cases where delivery lead-time will not be possible due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. lockdown restrictions and inclement weather), we will ship out your order on the subsequent days, subject to availability delivery assets |
